Sevice is great even at 345pm. Cat was super nice. However, Marvin the chef is excellent. Great food with great personality. We have hot honey pizza and the cup of pepperoni held the hot honey- excellent. My husband had the veal cutlet and it was cook to perfection. Thank you Marvin!
Leigh Anne was fabulous! Friendly, competent, and responsive to guests’ needs. She was courteous and handled what could have been a difficult situation with another guest with professionalism and respect. Drinks were delicious, as was the food. Highly recommend a visit.
Service was great and food was great! I hit the Sea bass and was cooked to perfection from the grill! Wife got the strip steak and left nothing behind. Food is la carta and got mashed potatoes and was a good size for 2 people. those were also amazing! will definitely go back
While in Cleveland on a business trip, I had the pleasure of dining at Centro, located within the Metropolitan at The 9 Hotel. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, and I rarely miss it, so I set out on foot in search of a great breakfast experience and I found exactly that. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and elegant. The food was exceptional, beautifully prepared, and exactly what I was hoping for to start my day. What truly elevated the experience was the outstanding service provided by Patricia. She was calm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her pleasant demeanor and attention made me feel valued as a guest and contributed greatly to an already excellent dining experience. If you’re visiting Cleveland and looking for a wonderful breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere with exceptional service, I highly recommend Centro. I will definitely return tonight for dinner and breakfast tomorrow morning.
10/10 experience at The Centro. The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were creative and fun. Our waitress, Leigh Anne, was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive and helped make a great evening even better. Every part of our date night exceeded expectations. We’ll definitely be back!
The team here is wonderful!! We had a large group come through for an event. They allowed us to provide vouchers for guests, a custom drink menu and we even had a small team meeting onsite. We had breakfast for the meeting - they kept track of everyone moving around and got everyone fed before the session started! Such an accommodating team!! Special shout out to Patricia - she was so kind and welcoming! She became a familiar face for our group throughout the week. Her service was absolutely top notch!

It focuses on the service, food quality, and overall experience without sounding overly promotional. I had an excellent dining experience from start to finish. Maurice was incredibly patient while answering all of my many questions and never made me feel rushed. His knowledge of the menu and beverage pairings made the experience even more enjoyable. I was excited to be one of the first guests to try the new filet from the updated menu. I ordered it with the cognac peppercorn sauce, Brussels sprouts, and mashed potatoes. Maurice recommended pairing it with the Quilt Cabernet, and the combination was outstanding. The wine complemented the richness of the filet and sauce beautifully, creating a smooth, well-balanced pairing that elevated the entire meal. To finish the evening, I ordered an Old Fashioned. As someone who appreciates a properly prepared cocktail, I had several questions about how it was made. Maurice was knowledgeable and confirmed it would be served over a single large ice cube, which allows the drink to chill gradually without becoming diluted too quickly. It was prepared exactly as expected and was the perfect way to end the meal. The food was flavorful, beautifully prepared, and served at the proper temperature. Combined with Maurice’s attentive, professional service and the chef’s excellent execution, my visit exceeded my expectations. I look forward to returning to try more of the new menu.
Recently had dinner at Centro while staying at Metropolitan at the 9. Our service with Leanne was wonderful - she was prompt, courteous and delightful. Our meals were on point - the short rib entree did not disappoint, nor did the cheesecake. The iced tea was also presented in a glass 2-part steeping carafe.
